Step: 1When you access the link http://helpdesk.gmrwebsitemaintenance.com/, the below login screen will be displayed. Log in with your Username and Password. |

| If you lost your password, Please click on “Lost your Password” link then the below screen will be displayed, please enter your username and email, so that your password will be mailed to your email id. |

Step: 2Once your username and password have been authorized, you will be allowed to enter the authorized control panel of your Account. You will be taken to the History page of your Account. |

Step: 3You can select News Link then you will see the below interface and it will display Updated News. |

Step: 4To view the tickets that has been posted, please click on “View Tickets” from the links tab, then the below screen will be displayed with all details of your posted tickets. |

Step: 5To post your request please click the “Create Tickets” link from the links tab, then the below screen will be displayed, fill all the necessary details, if you want to upload a file please upload using the “Upload file” option. Then click on “submit report”. |

Step: 6To View/ Edit your account details please click on “My Account” link from links tab, then the below screen will be displayed where you can make the necessary changes and click on “update user” so that your new details will saved. |
